Employment Contract

The employment contract is for an indefinite period, subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to company policies.

Job Title and Responsibilities

The employee's job title and responsibilities are as stated in the job description, which may be amended from time to time.

Salary

The employee's salary is ₹ per month, paid on the first day of each month.

Working Hours

The employee's working hours are from Monday to Sunday, with a work hour decided by company authority.

Leave Entitlement

The employee is entitled to days of annual leave, days of sick leave, and days of family leave per year.

Notice Period

The employee is required to give 4 weeks notice of resignation.

Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate the employee's contract with or without cause, subject to the notice period.

Disciplinary Procedure

The company has a disciplinary procedure in place, which includes verbal and written warnings, suspension, and termination.

Gross Misconduct

Gross misconduct, including but not limited to theft, fraud, and harassment, may result in immediate termination.

Confidentiality

The employee is required to maintain confidentiality of company information and trade secrets.

Intellectual Property

The employee assigns to the company all intellectual property rights in any work created during the course of employment.

Non-Compete Clause

The employee agrees not to engage in any business activity that competes with the company's business during the course of employment and for years after termination.

Termination Payment

If the employee's contract is terminated, the company will pay the employee's salary and benefits up to the date of termination, and any accrued but untaken leave, within 90 days.

Return of Company Property

The employee is required to return all company property, including equipment and documents, on termination of employment.

Reference

The company may provide a reference for the employee on request.

Grievance Procedure

The company has a grievance procedure in place, which allows employees to raise concerns and complaints.

Health and Safety

The employee is required to comply with the company's health and safety policies and procedures.

Data Protection

The employee is required to comply with the company's data protection policies and procedures.

Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, subject to reasonable notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process], and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
